Villa Ana Rita, a beautiful, fairy-tale stone holiday home, is located in a quiet part of Istria, with a lovely view and surrounded by the green nature of meadows and forest. The house has two bedrooms for a total of 6 guests and offers 100 m² of indoor space and 500 m² of outdoor space. Villa Ana Rita is ideal for a perfect holiday, close to the sea and the beautiful town of Rovinj. This charming and nicely renovated Istrian stone house offers everything a guest needs for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with all household appliances and utensils, a dining area, a WC and a living room. The entire space is connected by an internal staircase and is fully air-conditioned. Upstairs there is a large family room for four people with two double beds.

In front of the house there is a large covered terrace ideal for morning coffee, dining and evening get-togethers. From the terrace you enter a separate bedroom with a double bed for two people. The wonderful view from the terrace stretches out to the distant open sea, the forest and the meadow. There is also a view of the beautiful garden with green lawn, a heated pool set into a unique stone wall, an outdoor shower, a hot tub and comfortable sun loungers, offering yet another place to enjoy and relax. The whole area exudes tranquillity and beautiful nature. Our dear guests also have at their disposal a large storage room where they can leave their equipment and bicycles; it also contains sun loungers, a sun umbrella, table tennis, a stepper, rackets, pool accessories, a grill set and three bicycles which are available to guests completely free of charge.
